Order and Shipping Policies

We assume no liability for lost or stolen packages. We will assist in filing a claim should you need us to. This process can take up to 30 days for a resolution. Signatures may be required on all orders. 

Hair is processed and delivered within 5-8 business days from the date the order was placed. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
